• What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept online bank transfer, credit card (Visa & Mastercard), debit card, Touch 'n Go E-wallet and Paypal.

• Do you accept return/refunds? 

No, we do not accept returns or give refunds. Please be sure of your purchase and the delivery address that you have listed are accurate before checkout! If you have any problems regarding your order, please email your name and your order number to [email protected]. 

• Any option for gifting my purchase? 

You can add a note at the 'Remark' text box during checkout or you can email me to discuss about it.

For the gifting options/request, I can either:
• Add a message at the back of any art prints/post cards purchased  
• Nicely pack your order for gifting

• When will I received my order? 

The average processing time is 3-5 business days.

• Are your stickers waterproof? 

Yes, all the stickers are printed on PP Matte (water-resistant) sticker paper. 

• Where do you print your products? 

No, I will not share my material & printing suppliers as it took me months (some of them years) of research, experiment, many trial and errors to perfect the quality outcome today. Thanks for understanding. 

• Do you know how to maintain the accessories to last long? 

• Avoid contact with any liquid (eg. water, body sweat, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals) to prevent tarnishing or chemical damage.  
• Can clean using a soft dry cloth.
• Recommend to store in a cool, dry place.
