Free shipping for orders above RM120 for both West and East Malaysia.

Processing & shipping time 

The average processing time is 3-5 business days.
After you receive an order confirmation via email, this is how long your orders will approximately take to reach you:

• WEST MALAYSIA: 1-5 business days
• EAST MALAYSIA: 3-10 business days
• SINGAPORE: 5-15 business days
• REST OF THE WORLD: 10-30 business days

A tracking number will be given via email once your order is fulfilled. You can track via the respective courier website or you can also track here (All-in-one Package Tracking).


International buyers are responsible for the payment of customs duties and taxes upon package arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.

Lost, undelivered & damaged parcels

Please ensure all details given to us (YOUR FULL DELIVERY DETAILS, I.E. ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER) are accurate upon placing your order.

If you have not received your parcel for more than 20 days from the date that has been sent, please write to us at [email protected], so that we can check with the respective courier company to try to resolve the problem.

We will not held responsible for items lost by courier. You may file a report with the courier directly. Should this happen, we will try our best to solve it together with you. Please email us together with the details of your name, order and tracking number.

Any damages occurred during the transport is also beyond our responsibility. However, we will do our best to pack your order securely so it will reach safely with good condition.

Mistakes/Other issues
